Pollock Stoved in Milk in a Multicooker
A tender and juicy fish dish with vegetables, cooked by braising in milk. A great option for a light lunch or dinner.

Method
Cut the cleaned pollock into portions—about 3 to 4 pieces.
Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.
Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater.
Season the fish with salt and pepper, then toss to combine.
Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl and arrange the fish in a single layer, snugly packed.
Place a layer of onion on top of the fish.
Layer the carrots over the onions.
Lightly salt the milk, stir, pour it over the vegetables and fish, and gently press down.
Close the multicooker lid tightly and braise on the fish stewing setting for 40 minutes.
While the fish is cooking, prepare your desired side dish.
