Method

Cut the pollock into portions, season with salt and pepper

Pour 50 ml of water into the multicooker bowl and arrange the fish in a single layer on top

Sprinkle generously with chopped fresh dill to cover the fish

Add a second layer of fish and cover with the remaining dill

Cook on the 'fish stew' setting for 30 minutes

Remove the dill from the fish, blend some of the dill with sour cream using an immersion blender

If you like, add a clove of garlic

Serve with your choice of side dish
