Method
Wash the plums and remove the pits.
Wash the oranges and apples, remove the seeds and cores. Keep the skin on.
Cut all the fruit into small chunks.
Pass the plums, oranges, and apples through a meat grinder.
Add the sugar, and if you like, sprinkle in cinnamon. Mix well.
Let the fruit mixture sit for 1 hour so the sugar can start dissolving.
Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Once it comes to a boil, cook the jam for 20 minutes, skimming off foam as it forms.
Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars.
Seal the jars tightly with boiled lids, flip them upside down, wrap in a warm blanket, and let cool completely.
