Delicate pike perch fillet with crispy asparagus dressed in aromatic garlic-lime butter. A great option for a quick and light lunch or dinner in just 20 minutes.

Method
Pat the pike perch fillet dry, then season with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan with butter. Place the fish skin-side down and cook for about two-thirds of the total cooking time, until the flesh turns white almost to the top.
Flip the pike perch onto the fillet side and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked through.
In a separate pan or the same one after the fish, sear the asparagus for 6–10 minutes depending on the thickness of the stems. If you like, you can blanch it first.
Add minced garlic and sliced hot pepper to the butter. Once the garlic is lightly golden, pour in the lime juice and toss quickly.
Plate the pike perch with asparagus and drizzle with the fragrant garlic-lime butter.
