Method

Place the spices into a prepared jar.

Wash the ripe yet firm tomatoes and cut them into 2 to 4 wedges depending on their size.

Pack the tomatoes, onion sliced into half-rings, and parsley leaves into the jar.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes for the first time and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.

Prepare the marinade using water, salt, sugar, and vinegar.

Drain the boiling water, then add vegetable oil to the jar at a ratio of 1 tablespoon per 1-liter jar capacity.

Pour the boiling marinade into the jars and seal tightly with metal lids.
