Method

Rinse the pears, peel them, core them, and cut into small pieces. Transfer to your multicooker pot, add sugar and water, and stir to combine.

Set to the 'Desserts' program for 1 hour and cook until the cycle completes.

Open the lid, switch to 'Sauté' mode, and let the jam reduce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer the finished jam to sterilized jars and seal with lids.
