Method

Separate the syrup from the peaches, setting aside 300g of peaches to be diced.

Blend the peaches in a blender until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl, add the condensed milk, and mix until uniform.

In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the peach base.

Dice the reserved peaches and fold them into the mixture.

Transfer to a container and freeze for 4 hours or until completely set.
