Pulse the onion in a blender along with the egg.

Add the blended onion and spices to the minced meat. Knead thoroughly for 3-4 minutes until the meat mixture becomes firmer.

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Shape into rounds with wet hands.

Top with sautéed mushrooms, followed by pineapple chunks. Finish with finely grated cheese and a crisscross drizzle of mayonnaise.
