Method

Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Dice the onion and sauté in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil until softened. Add the sliced sausages and fry for a couple of minutes. Toss the hot pepper and canned tomatoes into the skillet, stir, and bring to a boil.

Pour in the heavy cream, add the spaghetti and grated cheese, mix well, and simmer for 1 minute.
