Method

Mix the ground meat with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.

For the sauce, combine boiling water, sour cream, tomato sauce, and spices.

Place the pasta nests in a skillet pre-greased with vegetable oil. Spoon a little meat mixture into the center of each nest, top with a tomato slice, and pour the prepared sauce all over.

Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until the pasta is tender, checking periodically.
