Method

Roughly chop the vegetables and place them in a baking dish.

Dilute the tomato paste with water, pour it over the vegetables, add the garlic, flour, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil, and mix well.

Cover the dish with foil and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 2.5 hours.

Stir at the end and garnish with fresh herbs.
