Method

Mix the minced meat with finely grated zucchini, along with the sautéed carrots and onions.

Add the egg, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Combine thoroughly, knead and shape the mixture into small patties.

Place the patties in a baking dish and brush the tops with a blend of sunflower oil, paprika, and turmeric.

Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
