Method

For the cream, mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Lay the first layer of cookies on a flat plate and spread generously with cream.

Alternate layers of cookies and cream until your ingredients run out.

Crush the remaining cookies in a mortar along with toasted nuts and sprinkle over the top of the cake.

Refrigerate the cake for 3-4 hours or overnight to let it soak.
