Whisk together the sour cream and condensed milk (if the mixture turns out too runny, feel free to add a packet of whipping cream stabilizer).

Quickly dip the cookies in milk and arrange them in a baking dish, top with a layer of cream, and repeat to make a total of 3 layers.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave using short bursts, stir in the vegetable oil, let it cool to room temperature, and pour it over the top of the cake.

Chill in the fridge for just about 10 minutes to let the chocolate set, and it's ready to serve.
