Method

Break the cookies into small pieces. Beat the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy.

While continuing to beat the butter, add the condensed milk in 3–4 batches. Mix the cream with the cookies.

Mound the mixture into a pile on a flat plate. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave, and drizzle it in a thin stream over the cake. Optionally, garnish the dessert with sliced almonds.
