Method

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Dissolve the brown sugar in the boiling water, then let the syrup cool.

Add the glutinous rice flour, egg, and milk to the cooled sugar water. Whisk everything thoroughly until you have a smooth batter.

Chop the dried fruits, fold them into the batter, and mix well again.

Lightly grease a baking dish with oil.
