Method

1

Take the fish out of the freezer 30 minutes beforehand so it's easier to cut, though we will cook it straight from frozen.

2

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.

3

While the pasta is cooking, heat a skillet with sunflower oil over high heat. Dice the carrots into medium cubes and sauté, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes until golden.

4

Finely dice the fish (straight from frozen). Add it to the carrots and sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring, so the fish cooks quickly while staying juicy.

5

Drain the cooked pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Transfer the pasta to the skillet with the fish and carrots.

6

Sauté everything together for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, black pepper, and a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce. Mix well.

7

Turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 2–3 minutes so the pasta absorbs the flavors and becomes even tastier.
