Method
Finely shred the napa cabbage and salt it lightly to soften it up.
Mince the garlic and mix it into the mayonnaise.
Cut the smoked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Hard boil the eggs, cool them down, peel them, and grate them on a box grater.
Grate the cheese on a box grater.
Peel the oranges and cut them into segments, removing all the white pith.
Layer your salad in a 6.5-inch ring mold: start with the cabbage, then add chicken, eggs, cheese, and oranges. Spread the garlic mayo between each layer.
Let the salad chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
