Method

Bring the milk to a boil using the Multicook program at 160°C for 5 minutes.

Sterilize the yogurt containers in the microwave or oven.

Pour a portion of the milk into a glass, add the dry starter culture, and mix until completely dissolved.

Combine with the rest of the milk, stir, and pour into the yogurt jars.

Place the jars into the multicooker bowl, select the Yogurt or Keep Warm program, and set the timer for 12 hours.

Refrigerate the yogurt for about 2 hours to set.
