Method

Combine the milk and water in a bowl, add the sugar and salt, and whisk thoroughly.

Add all the flour at once and mix well, then incorporate the sunflower oil and food coloring.

Cover with plastic wrap, pierce 3-4 times, and microwave for about 2.5 to 3 minutes until the surface is dry.

Cover again with plastic wrap and let cool completely.

Dice the strawberries finely and whip the cream cheese with the condensed milk.

Lightly oil your work surface, turn out the dough, and knead for 5-7 minutes until elastic.

Shape into a log, divide into 6 portions, flatten into discs by hand, and roll out with thinner edges.

Place the cream and strawberries in the center, and pinch the edges of the dough together to seal.

Dust the finished mochi with cornstarch.
