Method

Add 20 g of gelatin to 250 ml of water, heat until dissolved, and let it cool.

Puree 200 g of strawberries in a blender until smooth and mix in the dissolved gelatin.

Add sweetener.

Place 200 g of halved strawberries at the bottom of the mold you will use for the jelly.

Pour in the puree and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

Bloom the remaining gelatin in 150 ml of water, warm to dissolve, and let cool.

Pour into the yogurt, add sweetener, and mix well.

Add the remaining strawberries and any other berries you have on hand.

Pour the yogurt mixture over the set strawberry layer and refrigerate for another couple of hours.
