Method

Whip the cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.

Layer everything in the bottom of a pan in the following order: cookies, cream filling, cookies, cream filling, and chocolate glaze.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, add about 50 ml of vegetable oil, and mix well.

Drizzle the dessert with chocolate, garnish, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
