Method
Warm up the milk, crack in two eggs, and whisk until smooth.
Add the sugar, pour in the vegetable oil, and whisk again.
Sift the flour and gradually incorporate it into the batter.
Slake the baking soda with vinegar and add it to the batter.
Mix the batter thoroughly and let it rest for 15 minutes. The consistency should be neither too runny nor too thick.
Set the multicooker to the 'Fry' mode for 1 hour. Pour in a little vegetable oil.
Ladle some batter and pour it into the center of the multicooker bowl. Distribute the batter evenly across the bottom.
Close the lid and fry for 2-3 minutes. Open the lid, flip the crepe with a spatula, and cook with the lid closed for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat the process to make the rest of the crepes.
