For the meatballs, mix all ingredients together. Divide into portions and shape into balls. Then brown them on all sides in a skillet.

In the same skillet, prepare the sauce. Add butter and tomato paste, cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in water and add your seasonings. Add the meatballs, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.

For the mash, cook the potatoes, then add butter and mash until smooth. Stir in milk and salt to taste.
