Meatballs in Potato Baskets

Boil the potatoes and mash them until smooth. Stir in the butter, egg, 50 g of cheese, and flour.

Finely chop the onion, sauté until translucent, and let it cool.

Combine the ground meat, onion, rice, herbs, spices, and egg.

Grease the baking molds with butter. Wet your hands with cold water, press the potato mixture into the molds to form little baskets, fill each with a spoonful of meat mixture, and top with cheese.
