Take the minced meat, add the onion, egg, and rice to it, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Form the meatball hedgehogs and place them in a baking dish. Slice the potatoes into rounds and arrange them alongside the hedgehogs.

For the sauce, mix the adjika, sour cream, and water together.

Pour the sauce over everything and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40-50 minutes.
