Whip your cold heavy cream with a mixer until it thickens up, then keep mixing as you pour in the sweetened condensed milk.

Keep whipping for a couple more minutes.

Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with whatever tip you like.

Pipe it out nicely and top it with whatever you want if you're feeling it.

Stick it in the freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
