Boil the potatoes without salt, then drain most of the water leaving just a splash at the bottom, and mash until smooth.

Heat the milk and butter until simmering, pour it over the potatoes, and mash thoroughly until well combined, adding salt at the very end.

Serve with delicious meatballs (Grafskie Recepty), just heat them up and they're ready to go!
