Method

Pulse the breakfast cereal and banana together in a blender.

Line the bottom of a pan with parchment paper or foil, press the crust down evenly using a wet spoon or your hands, and chill in the refrigerator.

Dissolve the gelatin in milk according to the package instructions.

Blend the room-temperature quark, vanilla, sweetener to taste, and the prepared gelatin using a blender or mixer.

Pour the filling over the crust and refrigerate to set for 2-4 hours.

For the topping, puree the strawberries, add cornstarch and sweetener, and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes until thickened.

Unmold the cheesecake, garnish with the cooled topping and fresh fruits or berries.
