Rinse the rice, pour boiling water over it, and let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain.

Combine the ground meat, finely chopped onion, bell pepper, salt, spices, and rice.

Work the mixture well and shape it into 8 meatballs.

Whisk together the sour cream, ketchup, salt, and flour for the sauce right in the bottom of the multicooker bowl, then stir in the water.

Place the lazy stuffed peppers into the sauce.

Cook for 35 minutes on the "Stew" or "Multipovard 110°C" setting.
