Lazy No-Bake Cake

Method

Gently fold together the sour cream and condensed milk using a spatula.

Dip the biscuits briefly into the milk without soaking them through—just submerge them once and take them right back out.

Assemble the cake in layers: cream, then biscuits, then cream. Leave just a layer of cream on top, and pop it into the fridge while you get the chocolate ready.

Either pour hot heavy cream over the chocolate (hot, but not boiling!), or melt the chocolate using a double boiler and mix it with a little vegetable oil. Just be careful not to overdo the oil.

Pour the slightly cooled chocolate over the cake and chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets.
