Method

Remove any bones from the canned fish and gently flake the meat with a fork right in a container.

Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions.

Once the gelatin is fully dissolved in water, pour it over the fish and place in the refrigerator.

Chill for a couple of hours until set, and serve with mustard.
