Method

Beat the eggs with the sugar until pale and fluffy.

Add all the liquid ingredients and beat again.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and fold in gently with a spatula.

Dice a portion of the strawberries and fold them into the batter.

Pour into the baking pan and arrange the remaining strawberries on top.

Top with the streusel, rubbing it between your hands into crumbs beforehand.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
