Lazy Dehydrator Churchkhela
A simple and wholesome take on the traditional treat, made with juice, starch, and nuts using a food dehydrator.

Method
Put the starch in a bowl and add 100 ml of juice to dissolve it.
Pour the remaining juice into a saucepan and heat on the stove, making sure not to bring it to a boil.
Stir the starch and juice mixture thoroughly in the bowl, then pour it from the bowl into the hot juice in the saucepan.
Whisk the mixture on the stove for a few minutes until it thickens.
If you prefer it sweeter, you can add a teaspoon of honey at this point.
Once the thickened mixture starts to bubble, continue whisking and cook for three minutes.
After three minutes, turn off the heat and stir in the previously chopped nuts.
Mix everything together and pour onto a silicone mat.
Place in the dehydrator for 7 hours at 55°C.
Then take it out and let it cool.
Once cooled, flip the churchkhela onto a plastic mesh screen and return it to the dehydrator to dry for another 7 hours.
