Blend all the ingredients together in a mixer or blender on low speed. Do not whip!

Preheat the oven to 100°C (210°F).

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.

Bake for 40 minutes, then I bumped it up to 180°C (350°F) for another 10 minutes (adjust according to your own oven).

Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
