Method

Cut the meat into medium pieces, rinse it, and pat dry.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and select the 'Sauté' mode, add the meat, and cook for 30 minutes.

While the meat is cooking, slice the onion into half-rings, and cut the carrots and celery into batons.

After 30 minutes, add the onion, carrots, and celery to the meat and stir.

Then add the potatoes cut into batons and the bell pepper cut into thin strips, season with spices, salt, and pepper, and stir.

Stir in the tomato paste and add water depending on your desired thickness, keeping it below the fill line on the bowl.

Close the lid tightly, select the 'Stew' mode for 1.5 to 2 hours.

While everything is stewing, cook the lagman or regular egg noodles according to the package directions.
