Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pat them dry, wrap each tuber first in parchment paper and then in aluminum foil, and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 220 °C (425 °F) for about 1.5 hours. Baking time may vary depending on the size of the potatoes, so check for doneness periodically.

Once baked, carefully slice each potato down the middle, add 1 teaspoon of butter inside, and mash the flesh until smooth and fluffy.

Add the grated cheese and mix well.

Then, top with your choice of fillings—sweet corn, olives, kisir, or salad.

Drizzle with ketchup and mayonnaise on top. Serve hot.
