Method

Slice the cucumbers into rounds about 0.5–0.7 cm thick.

Peel the garlic and press it. In a separate large bowl, combine the salt, sugar, seasoning, vinegar, and sunflower oil, then add the garlic and mix well.

Pour the marinade over the sliced cucumbers, mix thoroughly, and let sit at room temperature for 3 hours so the cucumbers release their juices.

Sterilize the jars and lids using your preferred method.

Pack the cucumbers tightly into the sterile jars, filling them with the released marinade juice, cover with lids, and sterilize in a pot of warm water once it comes to a boil (half-liter jars for about 5 minutes, liter jars for 10–12 minutes).

Seal the jars, turn them upside down, and wrap in a blanket until completely cooled.
