Method

Slice the cabbage, mix it with grated beets and salt, then knead it well.

Cover with a plate and let it sit for 1 to 3 hours.

Then add vinegar (or 5 to 7 tablespoons of 9% vinegar), sugar, and pepper.

Add minced garlic and coriander in the center, top with heated oil.

Mix everything together.

You can eat it right away, but it's better to let it steep in the fridge for a day. Store in a jar.
