A fragrant homemade berry kissel made with cranberries and lingonberries, cooked in a multicooker. Perfect for warming up on cold days.

Method
Blend the berries (ideally, wrap them in cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice by hand—if you do this, set the juice aside and add it at the very end). Put the berries in the multicooker, add sugar, and pour in water.
Set to 'Steam' mode for 15 minutes. Strain the resulting berry liquid through a fine sieve twice.
Set to 'Steam' mode for 15 minutes. About five minutes before the program ends, while stirring constantly, add the cornstarch dissolved in a small amount of cold boiled water (or the reserved juice, if you pressed it out).
As soon as the kissel comes to a boil, turn off the multicooker and enjoy.
