Method
Mix flour, warm milk, melted butter, a pinch of salt, and dry yeast. Knead until you get a soft, elastic dough.
Cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
For the filling, finely chop the herbs and mix with salt, melted butter, and homemade cheese. Combine everything well.
Divide the dough in half. Roll each piece into a flatbread, place the filling in the center, seal the edges, then roll out to the size of your skillet.
Fry the khychyn on a hot dry skillet for about 2 minutes on each side.
Brush the finished khychyn with melted butter while still warm for extra softness and aroma.
