Method

Combine the flour, warm milk, melted butter, a pinch of salt, and dry yeast. Knead into a soft, elastic dough.

Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling, finely chop the herbs, add salt, melted butter, and homemade cheese, then mix well.

Divide the dough into 2 portions, roll each into a round, place the filling in the center, pinch the edges closed, and gently roll it out to fit your skillet.

Cook the flatbreads in a dry, preheated skillet for about 2 minutes on each side.

Brush the finished khychiny with butter for extra softness and flavor.
