Method

Lay out the lavash, place the cheese and sausages on it. Carefully roll it up into a log.

Overlap the bacon strips to form a rectangle matching the size of the roll. Place the roll on top and wrap it in the bacon.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

Slice the finished roll and serve.
