Traditional meat aspic made from beef trotters and oxtail, cooked in an Afghan pressure cooker to speed up the simmering process.

Method
Soaked the sawed trotters in water for 24 hours.
Put the trotters into the Afghan cooker and poured in 3 liters of water. Once it came to a boil, drained the water and added fresh water (at this point, you can add bay leaves and allspice).
Simmered for 3.5 hours after boiling.
Then shredded the meat, added garlic pressed through a garlic crusher, salted, and poured the broth over everything. Left it in the fridge overnight!
