Method

Rinse the meat and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, spices, and lemon juice.

Slice the onion into rings, add it to the meat, and pour in the water.

Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Cut the bacon into thin strips.

Thread the meat onto small skewers, alternating with the bacon and onion.

Place the leftover onion at the bottom of the jar, and put 4 to 5 skewers into each jar.

Cover the jar tightly with foil. Important: The outside of the jar must be completely dry.

Place into a cold oven (so the jar doesn't crack) and bake at 180-200°C (350-400°F) for 60-80 minutes.

Open the oven door carefully to avoid sudden temperature changes that could crack the jar.

Take out the mouth-watering skewers and serve!
