De-bone the fish, removing the backbone and large bones, and split it in half.

Combine the oil, paprika, salt, and grated garlic.

Rub the fish with the marinade and let it marinate for 2-3 hours covered with plastic wrap.

Then bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 20 minutes, uncovered.
