Method

Chop the chocolate into small cubes.

Whip the chilled heavy cream with a mixer until it thickens, then continue beating while gradually pouring in the condensed milk. Beat for a couple more minutes. Fold in the chocolate chunks and mix well.

Place the cookies in the bottom of a baking dish, top with the ice cream mixture, and cover with another layer of cookies.

Freeze for a couple of hours.
