Method

Pour the jam into a clean 2-liter jar.

Fill with water up to the shoulder of the jar.

Add rice and yeast, mix everything well.

Fit a medical glove over the jar opening, prick one finger with a needle, and tie it off.

Set it in a warm place for 2–3 weeks.

Once the glove deflates, your wine is ready. Strain it through several layers of cheesecloth.

If you'd like, add 1–2 shots of vodka per liter for storage.
