Method

Whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Add the condensed milk and whip until just combined.

Transfer the mixture to a metal or glass container (this helps the ice cream chill faster).

Place it in the freezer.

Every 30 minutes, take the bowl out of the freezer and beat the ice cream for 1-2 minutes.

Repeat this process 3-4 times to give the mixture a lighter, fluffier texture.

Scoop the ice cream into wafer cones (you can order these online).
