Whip the chilled heavy cream for about 3-5 minutes, starting at a low speed and then increasing it. Whip until the mixture becomes stiff and fluffy.

Next, add the condensed milk and whip again.

Fold the cookie crumbs into the mixture.

Put the chocolate into a piping bag, submerge it in hot water, and then use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate along the inside walls of the bags.

Add the ice cream mixture into each bag, twist to seal, and freeze for 3-4 hours.
